Why Churches, mosques remain closed in Lagos – Govt

The Lagos State Government has ruled out the immediate reopening of churches and mosques in the state.

The Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi, said on Tuesday that Lagos being the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic would not reopen worship centres until there is a “clear coast for the state to do so”.

CLAM Church Distributes RICE & MONEY To Lagosians


Last week CLAM distributed 50 bags of rice and gave out money to those in critical conditions.

This week the church is sharing 100 bags of rice and 100 cartons of indomine.

According to the General Overseer, Pastor Wole Oladiyun, "faith bias is irrelevant now. As long as you are a human being. Just come and be blessed."










"We need to support Lagos state now. Our governor is so dynamic and kind. May the Lord bless him. I know that his wife who is a medical Doctor is in the background working tirelessly. May the lord be with her", he said.
