Skin types and cosmetic/skin care products

There are basically three types of skin namely: one oily skin two dry skin three combination skin. A makeup artist ought to know and identify each one of them to enable him or her make proper choice of cosmetics or skin care products for model client. Oil skin: this skin type is only greasy and has a slimy shine and feel. Most time the face is oily as the sebaceous gland are types active. Such skin usually breakout and have enlarged pores. Pimples, blackhead and whitehead and have enlarged pore. Pimples, blackhead and whitehead are major problems from time to time because the sebaceous glands create more oil than necessary. Conclusion: Always remember to tell your model or client that as we age the skin’s natural process of renewal slow down and becomes weaker. The sebaceous gland slows down I production of sebum and collagen production reduces hence skin lacks deserved protein.
