Beauty queen grooms future pageants

The reigning beauty queen, Isabelle Ayuk, has advised girls in Cross River State to come out to contest for the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria slated for Bayelsa State later in the year. Ayuk said this on Tuesday in Calabar at the maiden edition of modelling exercise for young beauty pageants in preparation for the Most Beautiful Girl in Cross River contest. According to her, the event was organised by the Belle’sabel Grooming Agency, in collaboration with Silverbird, adding that it was meant to prepare the girls for the contest. She said, “The girls are selected from the 18 local government areas of the state; they are between the ages of 18 and 25. We are grooming them for the most beautiful girl in Cross River beauty pageant coming up on May 24. “The winner will go home with a brand new car and will represent the state in the upcoming Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria beauty pageant in Bayelsa later in the year.” She said that the 18 girls would be in the camp to enable them fully acquire the techniques involved in the contest.
