Mercy Aigbe’s estranged husband faults government for failed marriage


He also wondered why his wife would accept being an ambassador for widows when he's still alive.

Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe‘s estranged husband Lanre Gentry, has blamed government for recent failed marriages.


Gentry, who wished men throughout the world a happy Father’s Day on Sunday, blasted the government for destroying marriages.

‘May we be known always as the hero in our [kids’] lives,’ he said before going in on the government.

‘To government who indirectly and directly separates homes, shows what a good government we have.

‘Makes me wonder why someone will take being a widow ambassador when her husband isn’t dead.’

Mercy Aigbe was recently named alongside Desmond Elliot as widows’ liberty ambassadors by the Felix King Foundation.
