Come Sunday, 22nd November 2015, one of the society tabloids in Nigeria, Islanders International Magazine, will reward excellence in the entertainment industry and others including corporate bodies and government in Nigeria for their unrelented efforts to take the country to the zenith.
Islanders International which is known to be one of the respected soft-sell magazines in Nigeria is set to celebrate its 3rd anniversary and also hold its 3rd achievers’ awards and different personalities, companies and Professionals from different fields would be honoured for their contribution towards the development of this country home and abroad.
The event which is supported by Rhoda Michael School of Fashion will hold at Bespoke Event Centre, Lekki- Epe Express Way, 4th Roundabout, Lekki Lagos by 2pm.
The events will attraction a lot of segments including Comedy, Fashion Parade and music show. Among the personalities who will be honoured at the event is Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Chief Mrs Shade Okoya, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, Chief Abbah Folawiyo, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa (Lagos State Speaker), Hon. Balogun Yakubu,Aare Bashir Fakorede,Alh Laide Olohunwa,Yemi Rhoda Agbeyo, Hon. Shola Giwa, Hon. However, leading Fashion outfit, FRANK DESSY VOGUE will give out free dresses to all participants (over 50 people) that will attend the event. Femi Adebayo and Funke Akindele may reunite at the event because they haven’t been attending same event since their alleged romance crashed.
