COMRADE ADEWALE HOLDS INTERRACTIVE SESSION WITH CORPS MEMBERS

The Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Comrade Ayodele Adewale has called on youth Corps Members to grab any opportunity that come their way. He also opined that they should see challenges as a means to develop themselves.

He made this clarion call when he held an interactive session with Youth Corps Members of Batch B, Amuwo Odofin Local Government.

Comrade Adewale also urged them to be of good morals, and build their entrepreneurial skill. He reminded them that: “your service year is important, it can make or mar you, hence you have to be serious and contribute your own quota to the development of our community.’

Furthermore, the Local Government boss was presented with an “Appreciation Award” by Batch ‘C’ corps members that served in the Local Government.

Mr. Gerald Umeh, the erstwhile Corps Liason Officer  of Batch ‘C’ 2013, Amuwo Odofin Local Government averred that Comrade Adewale is worthy of the award for his welfare, and human capacity building package to the corps members.

Responding, the Local government boss thanked them for the award, stating that “this is the first time corps members would appreciate his administration”. He also prayed to see them excel in their various endeavours.
