COMRADE ADEWALE TASK STAFF ON STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE

The Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Comrade Ayodele Adewale has tasked members of staff of the Local Government on structural maintenance, saying that it  is the only way development would be sustained.

In his words, ‘Development is not just about building big structures and edifice, but about maintenance.” The Local Government boss urged all to take ownership of the structures put in place.

He made this assertion during the staff forum which took place at the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Legislative Building Hall (Freedom House.).

Comrade Adewale also urged staffs to set a good record for themselves and “that people should know you for your works and not for your relationship with a top echelon in the society.”

The Executive Chairman appreciated the Executive members, NULGE, and Non-Pensionable staffs for their supports, and dedication in the past 6 years of his administration.

Meanwhile, the Council Manager, Mr. Segun Ajayi and  The NULGE Chairman, Comrade Tope Lawal  thanked Comrade Adewale for his hard work and all the structures he has put in place, stating that the staffs will continue to follow his laid down principles and manage the structures even after the end of his administration.
